Please read the following terms carefully before making a payment. Completing your payment constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
I. 7-Day Return Request Period
We offer a 7-day window for return requests. This means you may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your items.
Prerequisites for returns:
- Items must be in the exact condition as received: unused and unopened.
- Items must retain original tags and intact factory packaging (suitable for resale).
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or purchase contract issued by us.

II. Return Shipping and Address
- Please note that approved returns must be shipped to our designated receiving address.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item has a significant quality defect, the buyer (you) is fully responsible for all costs associated with returns made for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect purchase, change of mind), including international round-trip shipping, customs duties, and related fees.
- No Returns Without Prior Approval: We do not accept items sent back without a prior email request and subsequent approval.
III. Damage, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us at kovaliu8@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos and a video of the unboxing process. After assessment, we will arrange for a replacement or a partial refund. IV. Non-returnable Special Items
Returns or order cancellations are not accepted for the following types of items:
- Perishable goods, chemical reagents, special biological samples, or custom-made laboratory products (including orders with special specifications or personalized/customized items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or scientific instruments/reagents requiring strict temperature-controlled storage.
- All promotional items (sale items) or clearance products.
V. Refund Process for Offline Payments (Key Terms)
As your order was paid via offline bank transfer/wire transfer, our refund process differs from automated online refunds:
Processing Time: Once the refund request is approved, we will initiate a wire transfer refund with the bank within 10 business days. Due to international banking intermediary processes, it typically takes 7 to 15 business days for the funds to reach your account.
